Free Returns into 14 days. It is important that the product keeps the label intact and has not been used. Likewise, it must be returned in the same official packaging in which it was sent. If it is not received in the same or is damaged, a reduction of €5 will be made from the refund. As soon as we receive the returned shipment, it will be refunded.

Free changes into 30 days.

By providing your name, we locate the order. Our customer service department takes note of the address where we will send our transport company (Tipsa) (at NO COST TO STOP YOU) to pick up said order. If it is an exchange, the new one will be delivered to you at the same time of collection.

For returns, your refund will be made at the same time we receive the return shipment.

NOTE: If you decide to send the product back to our facilities at your own expense, such return is the sole responsibility of the customer. The shipping address is:

24/48 hours throught our standard shipment which it is free in Spain.

If you choose PREMIUM shipping, delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours. You will find the cost by clicking on this option when choosing the shipping method.

Shipments are made through the TIPSA agency.

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. will be shipped on the same day; orders placed later, the next day. Orders placed after Friday at 4:00 p.m. are processed on Monday of the following week.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once payment is confirmed by our bank.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a location number.
